Hello. I am looking for two easy going FEMALE room mates that like to keep the house clean and easy going people.I am not home often. Gone most weekends. I can offer each a private furnished bed room and upstairs living room area completely furnished with tv and couch and upstairs bathroom. Down stairs kitchen privilages, and washer and dryer.
I live on a lake in a private gated community in Carrollwood, very nice and upscale house with hardwood flooring and I live on a large lake fun to Canoe and fish on. With a very large back yard,grill and swing. All fenced in and private at the end of the cudlesac.
You pay no untilities. I pay water, sewar, electric, and garbage and just spit home owners association dues.
$400. deposit Cat ok.
