bath apt. Everything included, Rent AND utilities (water, electric,
gas, and Brighthouse 60 mbps internet) NO DEPOSIT! and $325 on the 1st
of every month. LONG TERM ONLY because you are required to fill out an
app with the complex and sign the lease (no evictions, no criminal
background, 8 most recent paystubs, 6 months of bank statements and
previous lease info or personal references) Also, the apartments are
directly on the bus line. And if you don't drive and you only need a
temporary place (a few weeks/months) we can work something out at
